  • Champion exceptional customer experiences and usability, driving product decisions through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in smart buildings and IoT, informing product strategy and direction.
  • Monitor and optimize product performance using key performance indicators such as adoption, engagement, system uptime, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews, ensuring customer-centric decision-making.
  • Build on experience in SaaS, IoT, PropTech, or smart building domains, leveraging Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to drive success.
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in relevant industries.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience working with IoT platforms, building management systems (BMS), or energy management solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional global teams.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Background in smart buildings, real estate technology, or facility management.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML, or cloud-based IoT integrations.
