Job Title: Office Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an organized and efficient individual to fill the role of Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk management, greeting visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
    • Maintain the front desk area to be clean and organized.
    • Ensure guests are attended to quickly and directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Call Handling:
    • Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
    • Provide information to callers and handle inquiries efficiently.
    • Take and relay accurate messages when required.
  • Visitor Management:
    • Maintain visitor logbooks and inform staff about visitor arrival.
    • Follow visitor security protocols as per company policy.
  • Office Administration Support:
    • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document management.
    • Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for stock replenishment.
    • Assist with maintaining records of courier dispatches and packages.
  • Meeting Room Coordination:
    • Schedule meeting rooms and ensure they are clean and ready for use.
    • Set up rooms with basic equipment as needed.
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; preferred Graduate in any discipline.
    • Experience: Prefer experience in a receptionist or office assistant role; freshers with good communication skills welcome.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basis knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work on a computer.
  • Good interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly.
