Job Opportunity:

Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced technical consultant to join our team and contribute to the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting.

This role requires the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions as per business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality of job requisitions, candidate management, and recruitment processes.
  • Customize Oracle Recruiting Cloud using tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Application Composer, and Page Composer to tailor the solution to meet specific customer needs.
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle ORC and other systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, third-party applications) using SOAP/REST APIs, Web Services, and FBDI (File-Based Data Import).
  • Provide ongoing technical support, resolve complex issues, and troubleshoot integration, configuration, or custom development problems.
  • Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle ORC, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation to ensure successful deployment.
  • Create technical documentation, user guides, and conduct end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle ORC solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
