**Job Title:** Mobile Application Testing Lead


**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on knowledge of mobile application testing, who can lead and manage a team of QA engineers.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.

They will also have expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools, as well as experience in setting up and managing QA processes.

In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and proactive leadership skills.



**Required Skills & Qualifications**
  • • Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).• Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.• Experience in setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.• Excellent skills in defect triage, bug reporting, and defending bugs with developers.• Experience managing a team of 5–8 QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.• Preferred experience in banking domain applications (lending, loans).
