Job Title: Package Distribution Associate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering various packages to specified locations within a given time frame.

  • Plan daily travel routes based on locations and time frames to optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Load and unload packages with care, ensuring they are properly secured in the vehicle.
  • Accept and record payment for delivered packages, providing accurate documentation for accounting purposes.
  • Respond to customers' questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Investigate discrepancies with delivered packages, resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Obtain customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery, verifying receipt of packages.
  • Maintain the company vehicle, including regular cleaning, washing, refueling, and reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, making decisions and solving problems as needed.
