Senior Data Governance Specialist

• We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Senior Data Integrity and Policy Specialist.

This position requires someone with excellent analytical skills, experience in data management, and strong problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce (SFDC) and Google Suite or similar platforms, as well as excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for optimization and process improvement across the organization, designing, building, and analyzing reporting and data visualizations for monitoring data accuracy and integrity, enforcing data standards, policies, and processes to ensure data quality and consistency, and executing regular and periodic data maintenance and validation activities to maintain data accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you will need to consult with downstream cross-functional teams for impact analysis of proposed projects, manage requestor escalations through appropriate channels, and work independently in solving complex problems with little guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
