Job Overview

The Master Data Governance role encompasses the responsibility of governing, maintaining, and enhancing the OASIS platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure system stability, enhancements, and alignment with global master data policies by owning the OASIS Master Data Governance platform.
  • Define and maintain governance workflows in OASIS for Customers, Vendors, and Materials in coordination with domain experts.
  • Promote seamless integration between OASIS workflows and SAP PCE workflows to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Business Governance and IT Domain Experts to translate governance rules into OASIS technical processes.
  • Implement effective governance controls in OASIS to enforce proper documentation uploads, Dow Jones screening triggers, validation rules, and escalation of issues.
  • Drive system improvements, automation, and reporting for Master Data requests handled through OASIS.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and user support for OASIS workflows to ensure global consistency.
  • Ensure traceability and compliance of Master Data requests through rigorous audits and quality checks.
