  • Transformative Role Overview

This is a hands-on creative role where you'll work closely with designers, marketers, and video teams to bring each university's offering to life through engaging and effective communication.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Write compelling, conversion-oriented copy across various marketing formats:
  • Google search and display ads, Meta and other social media ad captions, Brochures, flyers, and student handbooks, Website and landing page content, Email marketing, Video scripts (explainer, testimonial, promotional)
  • Adapt tone and messaging to fit each university brand and campaign objective
  • Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and admissions teams to align messaging with audience needs
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
  • Optimize existing copy for clarity, engagement, and conversions
  • Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, while staying responsive to data and feedback

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience writing marketing copy, preferably in edtech, higher education, or a consumer-facing brand
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads, social content, and multi-format campaigns
  • Ability to understand diverse audiences—from high schoolers to working professionals—and craft copy that resonates
  • Sharp attention to detail, grammar, and storytelling
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Bonus: Experience with performance marketing or knowledge of student acquisition journeys
