Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Company Overview:

We are a growing tech-driven company led by an experienced Chief Technology Officer. Our team is lean but ambitious, working on multiple projects that require reliable and skilled developers.

Role Description:

As a full-stack JavaScript developer, you will be working closely with our CTO to enhance existing projects and contribute to upcoming ones. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and enhancing front-end and back-end applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code in NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Collaborate directly with the CTO to translate requirements into features.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and basic DevOps (AWS/DynamoDB experience is a plus).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience working with databases (NoSQL/SQL; DynamoDB/AWS knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently while taking guidance from the CTO.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
  • Hands-on AWS cloud experience.
