Job Title: Interior Space Planner

In this role, you will assist our senior designers in creating exceptional interior spaces that exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include shadowing design discussions with clients, preparing minutes of meetings, and keeping track of project milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

You will also assist in 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, recommend enhancements, and serve as a sounding board for the senior designer. Additionally, you will be available for site visits, masking, and file management across HomeLane tech systems.

Furthermore, you will assist in creating commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, validate quotes to ensure customers receive transparent and fair estimates, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure great design outcomes. You will build relationships with teams like sales, drawing QC, project management, and planners.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a design education background (B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, Diploma in Design), 0-1 year of experience in interior design/architecture, good communication and presentation skills, basic knowledge of modular furniture, practical knowledge of SketchUp, and a great attitude.
