Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interior Space Planner to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and planning interior areas, creating detailed drawings and specifications, selecting and managing furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and collaborating with contractors on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and planning interior spaces that meet client expectations
  • Creating detailed construction drawings and specifications
  • Selecting and managing FF&E, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Collaborating with contractors to ensure project success
  • Developing and managing project timelines and budgets
  • Ensuring all design-related submissions are completed on time

Requirements:

  • Proficient in space planning and interior design principles
  • Experienced in creating and interpreting detailed construction drawings
  • Knowledgeable in interior design and FF&E selection and management
  • Excellent visual and spatial awareness skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
