We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our organization. As we continue to revolutionize the Metal Manufacturing industry, this critical role will play a key part in shaping our financial governance and compliance framework.

This senior leadership position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can oversee end-to-end controllership, including accounting, compliance, audit, cash flow, and debt covenant management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven B2B industry exposure and stakeholder management experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate books of accounts with transparency.
  • Driving disciplined month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.
  • Preparing and finalizing financial statements in compliance with IGAAP; IND AS knowledge preferred.
  • Ensuring reconciliations across bank, vendor, customer, GST input, and inventory accounts.
  • Delivering timely Management Information Systems (MIS) packs (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with actionable insights.
  • Establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
  • Keeping accounts continuously audit-ready and resolving audit queries to avoid adverse remarks.
  • Overseeing statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Companies Act compliances).
  • Ensuring lender and investor covenant compliance.
  • Monitoring and optimizing cash flow, fund flow, and working capital cycles.
  • Implementing and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/accounting platforms (Zoho, SAP, or equivalent).
  • Driving automation (OCR, dashboards, BI tools) to reduce manual dependency.
  • Mentoring, leading, and upskilling the finance & accounts team.

A successful candidate will have high proficiency in G-Sheets/Excel, an analytical mindset with focus on governance and compliance, and be proactive, adaptable, and tech-driven.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Metal Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IGAAP and IND AS, with experience in preparing and finalizing financial statements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven stakeholder management experience.
  • High proficiency in G-Sheets/Excel, with experience in using OCR, dashboards, and BI tools.
