As a leading aluminum producer in India, we are seeking an experienced Public Relations Head to develop and execute long-term communication strategies aligned with our business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key communication opportunities and optimizing messaging for impact and relevance.

Key qualifications include 10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

A bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field is required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of crisis communication and be able to develop plans to mitigate risks to our reputation.

They will oversee internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization and foster employee engagement through transparent and consistent messaging.

Additionally, the successful candidate will manage communication strategies around Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to highlight our contributions to society and promote sustainability and social responsibility activities.

They will oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports, and digital platforms, implementing quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to communication standards.
