Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Professional to manage property listings across leading real estate portals. This role involves generating high-quality leads by ensuring listings are well-optimized, up-to-date, and engaging.

This includes uploading, updating, and maintaining accurate property listings on real estate platforms, as well as monitoring analytics and lead inflow to identify trends and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Generating quality leads through active listings on platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com.
  • Coordinating with Sales and Telesales teams to gather inventory details and highlight key features.
  • Testing and experimenting with listing formats, titles, descriptions, images, and premium features.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Graduate degree in BBA, B.Com, or equivalent field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (training will be provided).
