Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Shooting Coach and Program Developer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive shooting program that fosters excellence in the sport.

Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging training sessions for students across age groups, focusing on developing their technical, tactical, and mental skills.
  • Identify and nurture talent for district, state, national, and international competitions, providing individualized guidance to enhance performance and confidence.
  • Develop a structured shooting curriculum integrated with our sports vision, promoting shooting as a focus area for discipline, concentration, and skill development.
  • Collaborate with school leaders and management to coordinate event participation and talent promotion, ensuring inclusivity for both recreational and competitive shooters.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the shooting range, equipment, and accessories, maintaining accurate records of usage, servicing, and inventory.
  • Train students in responsible use and care of equipment, monitoring and evaluating student performance and progress.
  • Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school, and external competitions, organizing shooting events, demonstrations, and awareness programs at the school.
  • Build pathways for students aspiring to pursue shooting professionally, networking with federations, academies, and sports bodies to expand opportunities.
  • Stay updated with the latest techniques, technologies, and regulations in shooting sports, continuously enhancing coaching methods and strategies through training and certifications.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering high-level shooting programs, including training and coaching students of various ages and skill levels.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing safety protocols, maintaining equipment, and overseeing facilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to network with schools, federations, and sports organizations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
