We are seeking dedicated and proficient nurses to join our outpatient department and emergency room team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the department, ensuring high-quality patient care.

  • Department Operations & Patient Care:
  • Manage daily routines, ensure equipment and materials are readily available.
  • Ensure professional handovers and takeovers of shifts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan resource deployment based on appointment schedules.
  • Understand and plan for patient and consultant requirements.
  • Assign duties to staff, balancing experience and skill levels per shift.
  • Obtain accurate medical histories of patients and communicate them to consulting physicians.
  • Assist gynecologists, obstetricians, and pediatricians in procedures.
  • Ensure investigations advised by doctors are carried out and reports are available promptly.

Emergency & Safety Management:

  • Handle emergencies competently and calmly, providing timely guidance and making crucial decisions.
  • Inform supervisors of incidents immediately.
  • Implement medication safety and patient safety protocols.
  • Uphold patient rights and maintain confidentiality.

Compliance & Coordination:

  • Implement infection control practices and adhere to standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and registers as per organizational standards.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient and coordinated care.
Educational Qualifications
  • A degree or diploma in nursing from a recognized institution.
  • A valid registration certificate is mandatory.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage routines, staffing, and resource allocation.
