Digital Media Leadership Role

This senior leadership position is designed for individuals who can effectively manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns, driving success for clients.

A strong technical foundation is essential for this role, involving the management and optimization of Paid Search and Social campaigns, as well as supporting the team in reporting and client account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily paid search and paid social campaigns with precision and attention to detail.
  • Review and manage client data proactively to ensure optimal campaign performance and success.
  • Track and report on campaign results, analyze data, and participate in regular meetings with the team.
  • Generate comprehensive campaign reports, handle pacing, QA, and trafficking with ease.
  • Provide actionable insights on campaign trends to executives and planners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Think logically, be solution-oriented, and data-driven with excellent analytical skills.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and written with a focus on clarity and precision.
  • Proven track record of successfully running performance/KPI-based campaigns (CPL, CPA, CPI).
  • Demonstrate self-starter qualities, able to work independently, and capable of researching performance issues and formulating tangible solutions.
  • Good understanding of various digital marketing functions such as paid advertising and social media marketing.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Forecasting, and Chart Building.
