We are a team of experienced professionals who work with SAP Solution Manager to deliver high-quality application maintenance services to our customers in the Nordics.

Our aim is to provide the best quality service at a reasonable and competitive price. We are looking for a skilled SAP Solution Manager who can join our team and contribute to our success.

  1. Having a good understanding and deep knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM functionality.
  2. Applying this knowledge to provide application support and solve defined business problems.
  3. Maintaining Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation.
  4. Resolving general issues related to Solman/Charm.
  5. Delivering high-quality and efficient work within agreed SLAs and timelines.
  6. Understanding customer needs and quantifying appropriate actions in incident management, problem management, feature development, and CSI's.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Experience with complex architecture/interfaces.

We Expect You to Have

  1. At least 8-10 years of hands-on strong experience as a solution manager expert.
  2. Experience in CHARM Setup, CHARM Operations, configure new systems in CHARM, fix if anything breaks.
  3. Experience in Idoc monitoring setup and operations.
  4. Experience in Solution documentation setup and operations.
  5. Experience in Business Partner creation.
  6. Experience in XLD Distribution Setup and operations.
  7. Experience in BPMON setup and operations.
  8. Experience in Distribution model creation/maintenance.
  9. Experience in Customizing distribution setup and operations.
  10. Experience in Creating/managing s-users, opening system connections for SAP, creating developers/object keys.
  11. Experience in EHS/ERC upgrade topics.
  12. Experience in Solution Manager Migration from a Data center to AWS Cloud.
  13. A self-starter with good attitude having the ability to deliver with little direction/supervision.
  14. Ability to work on Implementation and Support assignments, taking part in customer/vendor calls and handling issues independently.
  15. Must have Customer-facing consulting skills and positive solution-centric attitude.
