IT Infra Hiring Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition professional to fill this challenging role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in IT infrastructure hiring and recruitment.

Job Summary:

This high-volume IT hiring position requires finding top talent before anyone else does. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing processes, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and creative strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to meet aggressive timelines and deliver results-driven outcomes
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques, ATS platforms, and CRM tools to drive candidate engagement and conversion rates
  • Analyze data insights to optimize sourcing performance and continuously improve efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide actionable recommendations
  • Screen candidates based on skill sets, cultural fit, and compensation alignment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in IT infrastructure hiring
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume mandates and meeting tight deadlines
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment is a significant advantage
