Enterprise Wide Initiatives Manager

Bangalore, India.

As an Enterprise-Wide Initiatives Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic business initiatives, identifying key issues facing the organization, and providing valuable insights and recommendations. You will also conceptualize, design, and execute key enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning:
  • Develop and drive strategic business plans (including Business Planning and Change Management)
  • Identify and analyze key strategic issues facing the organization and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute key enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by working closely with various stakeholders
  • Forecast strategic and operational variables to inform business decisions
  • Simulate and create best-fit plans based on market analysis
  • Monitor key metrics relevant to Strategic planning
  • Ensure timely reporting of Strategy performance to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to drive planning activities
• CXO Support:
  • Support and manage CXOs in their interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work on go-to-market strategy, annual business-wise plans (both annual and long-term) - Identify growth opportunities, both short term and long term
• Strategic Initiative PMO:
  • Lead and drive key strategic initiatives (PMO for Strategic Initiatives, which would be encompassing reporting/tracking activities to closure of a CXO-owned initiative)
  • Deliver and design key strategic initiatives, transformation agenda & efficiency improvement projects with significant impact across the organization
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks and ensure their successful execution
  • Collaborate closely with Infosys delivery team, and external consulting firms to ensure seamless project planning and execution
• Strategic Insights:
  • Develop compelling business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, ROI analysis to support planning initiatives
  • Facilitate competition benchmarking, deal benchmarking and prepare insightful analysis on periodic basis
  • Prepare environment scans, competitor insights, and reports on customers and present the same periodically
  • Conduct an internal consulting project to support business units
  • Support CXO with briefing kits for any kind of engagement and other external stakeholders such as industry bodies, corporations, and educational institutions/universities
• Strategy Communication:
  • Manage all strategic communication from the CSO's office and interaction with other stakeholders
  • Keep track of important industry updates and review changes/developments closely to assess impact
  • Anchor business planning and operational reviews periodically: Support in preparing the review decks and sharing insights with the CXO prior to the reviews

• Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to convert strategic ideas into actionable and communicate them
• Strategic, analytical, statistical, and optimization background, and lateral thinker

Qualification:

Full-time MBA (preferably from tiered B-school) / CA

Experience: Minimum 3 years PQE
