A Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for guaranteeing the seamless operation of our platforms and products, evaluating user interactions, and identifying areas for improvement.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure features align with customer requirements, design and review test plans, and work with stakeholders to plan test schedules and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement features that meet customer needs through collaboration with product, business, and engineering teams
  • Develop and contribute to test plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts, and procedures
  • Establish standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
  • Work with stakeholders to plan test schedules and strategies
  • Reporting, follow-up, bug tracking, and risk management
  • Ensure all reporting is succinct and includes necessary details for replication and timely resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing for web and mobile applications and API testing through postman
  • Good experience working in Agile teams
  • Experience working and testing NoSQL DBs like MongoDB
  • Innovative, creative, proactive, self-motivated, high energy traits with excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines with heavy workloads
