**Job Title:** Pilates Instructor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching Pilates classes to clients of varying fitness levels and abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct verbal screenings with clients to ensure their safety and suitability for participating in Pilates classes.
  • Promote the benefits of Pilates and overall general health benefits of exercise.
  • Teach Pilates classes ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes in length.
  • Develop and deliver customized Pilates programs for individual clients or small groups, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Create a welcoming environment that puts clients at ease and encourages them to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by checking the area regularly and reporting any risks or hazards.
  • Engage class participants, foster client retention, and build strong relationships with clients based on mutual respect and trust.
  • Cater to clients of varying ability levels within a class setting, providing adaptations, progressions, and modifications as needed.
  • Offer variety in class content by incorporating different Pilates methods and using small equipment where applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Pilates principles and techniques.
  • Experience working with clients of varying ages, fitness levels, and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Familiarity with small equipment and props used in Pilates classes.
