Job Title: Home Therapy Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Therapy Specialist to provide occupational therapy sessions for clients in their homes. As an integral part of our team, you will work collaboratively with families to deliver personalized therapy strategies that support the child's functional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 occupational therapy sessions at the client's home
  • Assess the child's functional abilities and develop tailored therapy goals
  • Create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to support motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Maintain accurate session records and share progress updates with our team
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care, as needed
  • Communicate effectively with families and support them in implementing therapy strategies at home

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in home environments

Selection Process:

Candidates may be invited to conduct a demo session at the client's home. This will be a paid session, with compensation discussed in advance to cover travel and time.

Benefits:

This is a freelance/contract role with no fixed monthly hours, allowing you to maintain flexibility in your schedule. You will be responsible for coordinating sessions through our platform.
