Financial Operations Business Analyst

  • Develop a solid understanding of day-to-day activities and transactions related to tax and accounting matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare income tax returns and workpapers for foreign jurisdictional income taxes.
  • Prepare cash taxes forecasts by jurisdictions.
  • Manage tax payment processes, including estimated and extension tax payments.
  • Reconcile balance sheet tax accounts, collect supporting documents, and collaborate with clients on reconciling items.
  • Prepare journal entry packages and submit them for approval.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting or finance.
  • One to two years of experience in direct tax compliance, knowledge of ASC 740 and FIN48.
  • Strong accounting skills and interest in learning direct tax compliance.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
