Treasury Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Analyst to manage our daily cash flow, optimize fund utilization, and ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans.

### Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash flows across various project entities, optimizing fund utilization.
  • Facilitate the issuance of capital expenditure letters of credit and manage buyer’s credit/supplier’s credit arrangements.
  • Invest surplus funds in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits, ensuring liquidity.
  • Ensure timely repayment of principal and interest on project loans, maintaining financial discipline.
  • Properly record advances and performance bonds received from vendors and bonds issued to third parties.
  • Manage inter-corporate deposit issuances, limit monitoring, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate treasury accounting entries on a daily basis.
  • Engage in foreign exchange hedging activities and related bank documentation.
  • Lead know-your-customer (KYC) compliance for all bank accounts and drive digital initiatives, such as online banking and transaction automation.
  • Liaise with banks on operational matters and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Submit timely treasury-related details, coordinate audits, and respond to audit queries.
  • Prepare monthly treasury management information systems (MIS) reports, including loan details, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures.
  • Support new project financing activities and loan documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (accounts, projects, procurement) for efficient treasury operations.
