Senior Cash Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to help manage our company's cash flow.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily financial activities, reconciliation of corporate accounts, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile corporate bank accounts daily as part of the daily cash projection process.
- Review and prepare weekly cash reporting for distribution.
- Escalate unresolved issues with banks related to store deposit accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and journal entries.
- Manage all banking and financial activities for new store openings and closures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance, cash management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, ACH/wire processes, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
