Job Title: Senior Associate - Revenue Recognition

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to perform revenue recognition tasks in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition, preparing monthly journal entries, and assisting with audits and ad hoc analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed reviews of contracts to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and GAAP.
  • Prepare and post accurate financial records related to revenue and associated accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation of supporting documentation and responses to auditor requests during quarterly and annual external audits.
  • Manage internal relationships to facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Perform various analyses and reporting as needed to support business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with 5-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably revenue accounting.
  • Prior experience in public accounting and/or professional services is highly preferred.
  • CA/CPA certification or pursuing a CA/CPA is advantageous.
