Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Sales and Leasing Professional to support our growing real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a keen understanding of market dynamics, client handling, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of sales and leasing strategies.
  • Assist in identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients.
  • Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and clients.
  • Work with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to real estate policies.
  • Participate in site visits, client meetings, and transaction closures.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing.
  • Good understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Master's preferred.
