Job Overview:

The Fragrance Manager will lead a team of fragrance experts, collaborating with the sales team to meet clients and understand their fragrance requirements while driving innovation and staying updated on industry trends.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 5–6 fragrance evaluators
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet clients and understand their fragrance requirements
• Drive innovation and stay updated on market trends in fragrance and FMCG

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a science background (mandatory)
• Preferred: Certification or course in perfumery or fragrance

Essential Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of fragrances and olfactive families
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal abilities

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in fragrance/Flavour companies
• Experience in FMCG sector (with fragrance-related roles)
