Crypto Trading Opportunities

We are seeking a Senior Crypto Trader with 6 years of experience to lead our trading desk and scale into a Head of Trading role.

  • Execute Your Trading Strategy
  • Take full ownership of live strategies, including risk and performance tracking
  • Optimize and operate ultra-low-latency trading strategies for cryptocurrency
  • Grow profit and loss (P&L) and build infrastructure around your trading edge
  • Help shape the future structure and direction of the trading desk
  • Leverage existing profitable crypto strategy or recent experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of market microstructure and high-frequency trading (HFT)
  • Possess strong skills in Python and C++ programming languages for rapid development and testing
  • Show strategic thinking with leadership potential

Requirements for remote work include competitive base pay + strong P&L share. We prefer locations in Europe / Dubai / Singapore due to regulatory structures.
