We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Site Reliability for our Finance team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring stability, scalability, and operational excellence of financial platforms.

This role delivers highly reliable financial applications and data services, meeting accuracy, compliance, and availability requirements that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure finance platforms meet defined SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for performance, reliability, and uptime.
  • Build automation for deployments, monitoring, scaling, and self-healing capabilities to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging for accounting applications and data pipelines.
  • Lead and participate in on-call rotations, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements to prevent recurrence of production issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, ideally supporting financial or mission-critical applications.
  • Strong experience with monitoring/observability tools.
  • Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and IaC tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong experience with Snowflake and SQL.
  • Hands-on SRE and DevOps expertise, including CI/CD and automation.
  • Solid monitoring and observability skills.
