Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced HR and Payroll expert to lead our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people for 5+ years.
  • Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels within the organization, locally and globally.
