Job Title: Client Service Coordinator I

The Client Service Coordinator I is a key role within the Operations team at Aon, responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients. This position requires a high level of self-motivation, proactivity, and effective problem-solving skills to anticipate future needs and identify solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support operational service delivery to clients through Operations teams.
  • Be a key contact for Operations teams regarding client contracts, including work scope, service level agreements, and service failure penalties.
  • Own and manage relationships between Operations teams and key stakeholders, including clients, client managers, third-party providers, and internal Aon parties.
  • Monitor and coordinate current operations per client, ensuring SLAs and client projects are delivered to required standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Ensure all client-generated escalations, complaints, and corrective actions are owned and proactively managed to closure within agreed deadlines.
  • Improve client knowledge, awareness, and best practice across teams, ensuring colleagues have the appropriate level of knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify any service delivery risks for each client and implement mitigating actions as necessary.
  • Cooperate with Team Managers to help with team capacity analysis and resource planning.
  • Manage client projects, release cycles, CRs, and follow up with lessons learned analysis and implementation.
Skills and Competencies:
  • High level of self-motivation and proactivity.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to anticipate future needs and identify solutions.
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient with MS Excel logical, financial, math, statistical, and information functions.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • H&B domain knowledge.
