Our India Tech Hub plays a key role in expanding our technology capabilities in Product Systems, Merchandising and Planning, Digital Presence, distribution and logistics, and corporate systems.
The Product Integrity, Sustainability & Compliance Technology team enables supply chain management from raw materials to finished good production through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Perform engineering assignments using existing procedures and best practices
- Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts
- Work closely with global teams to ensure deliver effective technical solutions
- Provide an escalation point and participate in on-call support rotations
- Actively monitor key metrics and report on trends
- Participate in our Engineering Community of Practice
- Contribute to engineering automation, management or development of production level systems
- Perform reliability monitoring and support as needed to ensure products meet guest expectations
- Completed Bachelor's degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible
- Six to Eight+ years of engineering experience
- Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space
- Strong knowledge and working experience with programming languages such as Java and Python
- Strong knowledge and working experience with application development frameworks like Spring Boot
- Strong knowledge and working experience with Cloud technologies and services such as AWS Lambda and AWS S3.
- Strong knowledge and working experience with data integration technologies such as Kafka
- Strong knowledge and working experience with API based system design
- Experience working with relational and no-sql databases such as Postgres, MongoDB
- Experience working with containers and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
- Hands on experience with CI/CD principals and tools like Gitlab, Splunk and Datadog
- Good knowledge and working experience in Agile methodology and familiar with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Familiar with infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow
