Role Overview

This is a highly challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as a seasoned software engineer.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing high-quality products in a SaaS environment, with expertise in enterprise server solutions using JavaScript and ReactJS.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring and motivating your colleagues, collaborating with product management, user experience, and engineering teams to design and deploy highly available and fault-tolerant SaaS offerings.

You will participate actively in software design meetings, ensure the maintainability and extensibility of code, and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and motivate team members to deliver high-quality products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop SaaS offerings
  • Participate in software design meetings and code reviews
  • Drive continuous improvement in software development practices
  • Provide feedback and support engineers' professional growth

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in shipping high-quality products in a SaaS environment

Skills:

  • Excellent design and programming skills primarily with a focus on enterprise server solutions using JavaScript and ReactJS
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies a plus
  • Working knowledge of Web Services technologies
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and ExpressJS
  • Full working knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices in complex enterprise/cloud solutions
