AI Agent Architect

Overview:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and planning. Drive innovation in agent orchestration workflows using techniques like ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, and LangGraph.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect scalable memory and retrieval systems using vector databases and embeddings to provide long-term context.
  • Build and optimize agent orchestration workflows for efficient decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI agent capabilities and roadmaps.
  • Implement monitoring, observability, and risk mitigation strategies for AI safety.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of professional experience developing full-stack applications.

- Proficient in coding (Java or Python).

- Strong proficiency in design patterns and algorithms.

- Familiarity with building AI applications.

- Proven ability to self-drive and take ownership of technical initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  • Problem-solving and coding in Python or Java.
  • Complexity analysis and code optimization.
  • Modularity and readability of code.
  • Handling of corner cases and edge cases.
