Job Title: Organizational Development Expert

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This includes managing statutory compliances, liaising with external agencies and government authorities, drafting and certifying standing orders, and ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing relations with unions and collaborating with management to negotiate and implement wage settlements.
  • Providing legal advice and support to address legal issues, reviewing and ensuring the legal compliance of business transactions.
  • Analyzing and identifying legal risks and implications, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering legal and transactional documentations.
  • Liaising with external legal counsel and specialists, keeping management updated of new laws and regulations that may have implications for the organization.

Required Qualification:

MBA or PGDM in Human Resources
