Job Title: Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and versatile designer to support the design of both our digital products and marketing materials.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in product design, brand-focused design projects, and user research methodologies.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for customers across all touchpoints.

  • Product Design:
  • Create intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for digital products (web and mobile).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with the product's design system and guidelines.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work may be considered).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design process, including any projects related to product or marketing design.
  • Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus but not required.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in designing for Dashboards & Websites.
  • Familiarity with design systems and UI kits.
  • Experience in motion design or animations.
