Enterprise Planning Transformation Specialist

The Role:

  • Design and implement intuitive user experiences for cutting-edge Generative AI applications that will transform our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces.
  • Stay current with emerging UX trends, especially in human-AI interaction, prompt design, agent UI, and conversational UX, and integrate relevant practices into team workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Apply a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for AI-powered applications.
  • Rapidly prototype and perform quick Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to visualize and test new UI/UX ideas for AI applications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
