Skillful Technical Writer Wanted

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled technical writer to create high-quality documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the software industry and strong analytical skills.

  • Design, create, and maintain online end-user help and documentation for software products.
  • Collect information on upcoming product releases from product management and development teams.
  • Conduct regular documentation review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest documentation trends and technologies.

Requirements:

The following requirements must be met:

  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Proficiency with DITA XML standard and related documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of image editing and illustration software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in creating video-based help.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work closely with multiple remote development teams.
  • Insight into user experience best practices.
