As a seasoned quality professional, we're seeking an experienced Technical Test Automation Specialist to drive quality across the product lifecycle. This role involves leveraging expertise in test automation, API testing, and QA tools to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA plans aligned with product objectives to enhance test coverage, speed, and quality assurance processes.
  • Lead automation efforts to improve testing efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and issues efficiently.
  • Design and execute thorough performance testing to guarantee product stability and reliability.
  • Enhance existing QA tools and workflows to meet compliance requirements and stakeholder reporting needs.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA methodologies with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in automation frameworks, API testing, Jira, Postman/Swagger, and CRMs for effective collaboration.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Git for testing and version control support.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
