Work as a key member of our learning team to enhance employee competencies by developing and conducting training programs.

About the Role:
  • Spearhead structured learning metrics and oversee results for assigned territories and regions.
  • Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for assigned territories.
  • Deliver learning sessions on new processes and business quality management through ITL or digital learning as required.
  • Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel (as per business requirement).
  • E nsure timely completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations leaders during station audits to check process compliance and rectify gaps immediately.
  • Identify learning coaches and certify them.
  • Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service and project handling is an added advantage.
  • Able to translate content into regional languages.
  • Support existing data management through analysis and accurate reporting.
  • Capable of presenting intricate information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Graduate in any field.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible working on weekends if needed.
Additional Requirements:
  • Proven 2+ years of experience as a Training Specialist/Trainer in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local language (Telugu) to interact with ground teams.
