Operations Coordination Lead

 

The Operations Coordination Lead oversees the planning and execution of daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of goods and services to customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate logistics teams, monitoring workflows and resource management for efficient cargo delivery.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Supervise team leads and their teams, reviewing performance metrics and ensuring team members meet expectations.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration between departments to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of inefficiency and develop strategies to address them.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or management, with preference for supervisory roles.
  • 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and making strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
