Executive Role in Food and Beverage Service

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to excel in our food and beverage service. This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting smooth daily operations.

About the Position:

  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to provide personalized service to all guests.
  • Maintain high standards of table settings, cleanliness, and safety in all service areas.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food & beverage delivery.
  • Handle guest requests/queries promptly and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Delivery:
  • Deliver professional service to all guests, ensuring every dining experience is memorable.
Team Support:
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service team to maintain efficient operations.
Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure tables, service stations, and outlets are set up and maintained as per brand standards.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in all service areas.
Guest Relations:
  • Handle guest requests/queries promptly and courteously.

Requirements:

  • Service-focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is an asset (freshers may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends.
