We are seeking a skilled consultant to join our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions to the financial services industry. As a junior consulting position, this role involves working under general instruction on routine tasks and detailed guidance on new projects or assignments.

The business we operate in is Oracle Financial Services Consulting, a world leader in providing IT solutions to the financial services industry. Our customers include top-tier banks, insurance companies, securities firms, mutual fund companies, and stock exchanges.

With over 840 financial institutions across 130 countries, we understand the challenges faced by these organizations: building customer intimacy and competitive advantage while adhering to dynamic regulatory requirements. Our solutions leverage the most comprehensive and contemporary banking applications, addressing complex IT and business needs.

Our Banking Consulting Europe team delivers Oracle Technology and Applications solutions to clients in the European region. Our service offerings include application implementation, managed services, and customization development for Oracle Financial Services Software Banking products.

This role offers an opportunity to apply your technology knowledge, skills, and experience in working with a new generation of Oracle Banking products built on next-generation architecture leveraging the latest technologies.

\The Role\
  • Participate as a technical team member in development, implementation, or managed service activity streams, including migration, integration, testing support, and coordination with other Oracle teams at client locations or offshore teams.
  • Assist with analysis, design, and implementation of solutions for various business requirements.
  • Develop programs according to specifications/requirements given by Oracle/client within planned schedules.
  • Use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve deliverables meeting quality expectations of Oracle/client.
  • Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for Oracle/client.
  • Adhere to defined Change Control Process of Oracle/client. Comply with Oracle/client audit/compliance requirements.
  • Ensure quality code delivery.
  • Perform proper handover/knowledge transfer at end of each assignment.
  • Timely status reporting to supervisor.
  • Timely submission of timesheets and expenses for Oracle/client.
