Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Retail Operations Manager. As the primary point of contact for our staff and sales team, you will be responsible for driving governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement & cost for the business.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Drive governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement & cost for the business.
  • Engage and work with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation and Employee Relations.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team.
  • Train, mentor and lead HR initiatives and best practices for the team.
  • Directly interact with store staff to implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies.
  • Responsible for HR operations including Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Exit Process.
  • Coach individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives ensuring smooth implementation across the organisation.
  • Should be able to travel across the country for staff meetings.

About You

Key qualifications include:

  • 3-6 years' of retail relationship experience preferably from Large format Businesses;
  • Ability to manage big teams;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Conversational proficiency in Hindi and English.
