About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Graphic Designer who can develop visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create creative solutions aligned with the brand's strategy and tone. Your expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design will be invaluable in shaping the brand's visual narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Create visually stunning and refined designs that reflect simplicity, clarity, and elegance for various digital and print platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative solutions that meet the brand's strategy and tone.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior designers to ensure high standards of minimalistic and thoughtful design.
  • Brand Consistency: Enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints with clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
  • Visual Communication: Translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals that are subtle yet impactful.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about global design trends and apply them where appropriate.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising attention to detail or design integrity.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with experience in motion graphics or video editing being a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop understated yet effective designs communicating the brand's message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
