Production Shift Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced production professional to join our team as a Production Shift Manager. This key role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient operation, and meeting productivity targets.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement daily production schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and coordinate the production team to ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including batch reactors, agitated nutch filters dryers, centrifuges, vacuum dryers, and other machinery as required.
  • Have a good understanding of equipment operating principles and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Understand reactions, stoichiometric ratios, and identify yield loss, impurity generation details, etc.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working in the rubber industry is required.
