Project Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities are conducted in accordance with the company's quality management system and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in conducting inspections, audits, and tests. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential quality issues
  • Develop and implement quality plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Perform quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as engineering, construction management, or quality assurance
  • At least 6 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
