Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Wadhvancity, Surendranagr, Gujarat

Overview: A quality control inspector, also known as a quality assurance inspector, ensures that products meet quality standards and specifications. They work in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and construction.
- **Inspecting products**:Examining raw materials and finished products to verify they meet quality standards using visual inspections, measurements with calipers, gauges, or other tools, and functional testing as needed.
- **Reading blueprints and specifications**:Understanding product design requirements and quality standards outlined in technical drawings and specifications.
- **Monitoring production processes**:Observing ongoing production activities to identify potential quality issues and ensure adherence to established procedures.
- **Identifying defects**:Detecting flaws or inconsistencies in products, including dimensional errors, cosmetic defects, and functionality issues.
- **Data collection and reporting**:Recording inspection results, documenting defects, and generating reports detailing quality metrics and trends to management.
- **Rejecting non-conforming products**:Removing products that do not meet quality standards from the production line and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
- **Root cause analysis**:Investigating the origin of quality problems to prevent future occurrences and propose process improvements.
- **Calibration and maintenance**:Maintaining and calibrating measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
- **Compliance with regulations**:Ensuring quality control practices align with relevant industry standards and legal requirements.

Skills and qualifications:

- **Attention to detail**: Ability to carefully examine products and identify even minor defects.
- **Technical knowledge**: Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and measurement techniques.
- **Analytical skills**: Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify root causes of quality issues.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Identifying solutions to quality concerns and recommending corrective actions.
- **Basic math skills**: Ability to perform calculations related to measurements and data analysis.
- **Computer proficiency**: Familiarity with data entry and reporting software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
